We start with a quick phone call to make sure we’re the right fit for you and invite you for a 1-1 consultation.
At your consultation we’ll welcome you to the gym, get to know each other and understand exactly what you want to achieve. We’ll see how well you move, screen you for injuries and take a baseline body composition test. From there we write a plan specifically for you and your goals. We’ll focus on what you like doing, improve upon your strengths and work on your weaknesses. Above all you’ll make loads of progress and have plenty of fun along the way. Our coaching improves your fitness in a way that transfers to your life and/or performance in your sport.
