What to expect on your journey with us

We start with a quick phone call, then invite you in for a consultation so we can build your personalised small group personal training plan.

At your consultation we’ll welcome you to the gym, get to know each other and understand exactly what you want to achieve. We’ll see how well you move, screen you for injuries and take a baseline body composition test. From there we write a plan specifically for you and your goals. We’ll focus on what you like doing, improve upon your strengths and work on your weaknesses. Above all you’ll make loads of progress and have plenty of fun along the way. Our coaching improves your fitness in a way that transfers to your life and/or performance in your sport.

We believe small group personal training is about more than just training hard and making gains.

It’s about providing a positive and supportive environment. We love what we do because we see people make progress that has a deep meaningful impact on their quality of life in so many ways. As a result we’re confident some of our enthusiasm will rub off and you’ll enjoy the process too!

Our small group personal training uses evidence based principles of training that apply to anyone. Whether you’re a footballer or CEO, we train towards specific adaptations, whilst moving efficiently and effectively to ensure you see the progress you’re looking for. All of our coaches even have an MSc in Strength & Conditioning so you know you’re in safe hands!
