50-55 minute Personal Training sessions focussed on you and your goals. Expect to have fun, lift weights and see your progress by consistently following your tailored programme.

Fitness Classes

To complement personal training we also deliver 3 types of fitness class: CARDIO, METCON and YOGA. Each class follows a progressive programme to develop all areas of your health and fitness. Classes take place throughout the day, allowing you to fit them into your busy schedules.

CARDIO

This 50 minute class focuses on developing aerobic fitness and anaerobic. Push harder for longer and recover quicker by improving your heart and lungs. And you’ll burn a fair few calories in the process! Expect to run, jump, throw med balls and use our range of cardiovascular equipment in this class.

METCON

This 50 minute class focuses on developing aerobic fitness and anaerobic. Push harder for longer and recover quicker by improving your heart and lungs. And you’ll burn a fair few calories in the process! Expect to run, jump, throw med balls and use our range of cardiovascular equipment in this class.

YOGA
