We’re thrilled to announce that Ascend Performance has teamed up with The Milk Shed ☕️ to bring you a fun, coach-led running community right here in Kemptown. Every session starts and finishes at The Milk Shed on Prince’s Street — the perfect spot to refuel, connect, and share a post-run coffee. Whether you’re new to running or chasing a PB, our sessions are designed to help you train smarter, stay consistent, and enjoy every mile.

WEEKLY SESSIONS

Wednesday 7:00AM – Steady Run

A guided, social run focused on building aerobic endurance.

Saturday 8:00 AM — Interval Run

A guided, social run focused on building aerobic endurance.

  • All levels welcome — groups based on pace
  • Beginners build running volume safely
  • Intermediate & advanced runners push performance

Monthly Park Run Meetup

Once a month, we head out as a team to a local Park Run — a fun 5km effort to test your progress, cheer each other on, and celebrate with post-run coffee back at The Milk Shed.
